justify;">当前，全市疫情防控形势异常严峻复杂，已波及全市所有区县，为进一步有效防止疫情隐匿传播，最大限度保障人民群众身体健康和生命安全，按照市上要求，经县疫情防控应急指挥部研究，<strong>我县定于11月22日在县城规划区范围内开展全员核酸免费筛查，</strong>请市民朋友积极配合、主动参与。现将有关事项通告如下：</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;"><strong>一、核酸检测时间及范围</strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（一）<strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">11月22日（星期二）上午10：00—下午17：00</span></strong>。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;"><strong>二、核酸检测对象</strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（一）南宾街道、万安街道、下路街道县城规划区范围内全体居民（含常住、暂住、临时流动人员等）。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（二）以下人员不参加本次核酸检测：</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">1. 接种新冠病毒疫苗未超过48小时的人员，需主动向居住地所在社区报备，经社区登记后不参加本次核酸检测。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">2. 有高风险地区旅居史、“渝康码”红码人员，需按要求落实相应的健康管理措施，不参加本次核酸检测。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">3. 行动不便人员、三岁以下婴幼儿不参加本次核酸检测。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;"><strong>三、采样地点及服务时间段</strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（一）县城规划区范围内的居民，按照就近原则，在居住地附近的采样点进行核酸采样；</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（二）县城规划区范围内中小学校师生，按照县教委和县卫生健康委的统一安排进行核酸采样（采样地点以县教委、县卫生健康委通知为准）；</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（三）县人民医院、县中医院等医疗机构不纳入此次免费核酸筛查的采样点。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;"><strong>四、注意事项</strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">有发热、咳嗽、乏力等症状的人员，请立即向社区报告，并及时前往发热门诊规范就诊。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;"><strong>五、温馨提示</strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（一）请参加本次核酸检测的居民在街道、社区的组织下，持本人有效身份证件或“重庆市核酸检测二维码”或“渝康码”（以上三选一即可），有序前往核酸采样点进行采样。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（二）请戴好口罩，严格保持前后间隔“1米线”的距离，听从现场工作人员安排，遵守现场秩序，不抽烟、不聚集、不聊天，排队时不得随意更换采集通道，即采即走，严防交叉感染。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;">（三）接受核酸检测是广大市民应尽的义务，请大家积极主动配合，做到不漏一户、不漏一人。对无正当理由，拒不进行核酸检测造成疫情传播的，依法追究相应法律责任。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;text-align:
