1px;">（二）实施交通管控。除保障城市运行的救护车、警务用车、消防车、快递车辆、物资保障车等车辆外，轨道交通2号线大江站、鱼洞站及轨道交通3号线鱼洞站、金竹站、鱼胡路口站、学堂湾站、大山村站、花溪站、岔路口站、九公里站、麒龙站、八公里站暂停运营服务，公交车、出租车、网约车等一律暂停运营服务，私家车暂停上路行驶。区域外人员非必要不前往该区域，必要时在做好防护情况下闭环进出。</span></section><section><span 1px;">（三）严禁聚集活动。临时管控期间，保障供应群众生活必需的商超、药店、加油站等列入白名单管理的单位可以营业，营业期间需严格落实限流、测温、扫码、戴口罩、消毒、通风等疫情防控措施。各类会议、论坛、培训、演出、比赛、展会等聚集性活动暂停，红事缓办、白事简办、宴会停办、聚会不办。KTV、网吧、影院、健身场所、酒吧、足浴店、美容院、棋牌室、各类培训机构、宗教场所等密闭场所暂停营业，餐饮场所暂停堂食。所有景点景区暂停开放。</span></section><section><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">（四）防范外溢风险。对于8月17日以来至临时管控区划定之前的外溢人员要主动向所在社区报备，关注自身赋码情况，落实“三天三检”（密接、次密接人员按要求管控）。管控区内养老机构和儿童福利机构等实行封闭管理，暂停探视、来访、入院、志愿服务等活动。</span></section><section><span
